The 5.11 Taclite TDU Pants are the new standard and replacement of the old style BDU. Designed with today's law enforcement or security force in mind, this pant has all the features officers want and need. Over a year of product development went into the original TDU Pants and now we want to introduce the Taclite TDU Pants. The result is a new industry standard in BDU style pants.

Functionality
Made of tough, polyester/cotton ripstop, the 5.11 Taclite TDU Pants stands up to the rigors of patrol and special operations. Known for superior comfort, functionality and fit, the Taclite TDU Pants features a self-adjusting comfort waistband that helps you bend and stretch with ease. For best results, pair the 5.11 Taclite TDU Pants with the 5.11 TDU Ripstop Shirt in short or long sleeve.

Storage
The front pockets of our Taclite TDU Pants are strong and roomy; the large side pockets are designed with an added inside pocket containing a divider allowing each side to hold two AR mags securely. Each pocket is lined with the Back-Up Belt System™ loop-sided carrier which allows the attachment of Back-Up Belt System™ pouches. Two rear pockets round out the storage needs of almost any duty assignment.

Durability
The 5.11 Taclite TDU Pants utilizes 65%polyester/35% cotton ripstop material which resist tearing and abrasion. The Taclite TDU pants are triple-stitched and bartacked in all stress areas. Included are neoprene kneepads located in the double layered knee pocket. The kneepads can be removed for washing or left out of the pockets for less rigorous activities.

Hardware
We use only genuine, locking-flange YKK® zippers and quality PRYM® snaps which stay zipped and snapped even under the most strenuous activities. The neoprene kneepads, located in the double layered knee pockets of our Taclite TDU Pants are great for "on-the-ground activities on the range or in the field.

Storage
Front pockets are strong and roomy; inverted pleats on the cargo pockets remain flat until needed for a neat, professional appearance. A narrow thigh pocket accommodates a magazine, cell phone or utility knife. The extra deep rear slash pockets are easily accessed and hold extended mags, a baton or a 15" flashlight. You can also use the utility strap to secure a flashlight or store your ear protection at the range.

Durability
The 5.11 Tactical Pants utilizes a proprietary weave that binds in on itself to prevent raveling. Double and triple-needle construction is utilized throughout, plus 48 bartacks in high-stress areas add to the tremendous strength of the tactical pants. The double reinforced seat and knees provide enhanced abrasion protection, and interior knee slots are ready to accept 6mm neoprene kneepads. At the ankle hemline, built-in blousing strap openings can accommodate 500 cord.

Designed with full-size cargo pockets with internail dividers and double-think knees that come with our neoprene kneepads, the Station Cargo Pants will look neat clean and professional for your entire work shift. The front pockets are extra deep and include our coin-keeper construction plus reinforced bottom edges to protect the material from wear. The rear has traditional welted back pockets plus deep welted pockets with internal Velcro® break-through dividers that allow you to carry long items (like a full sized flashlight or radio) or short items (like your cell phone or multi-tool).

The Station Cargo Pants are treated with Teflon® for stain, soil and fluid resistance and we use only quality YKK® zippers and Prym® snaps. We've given you a comfortable, self-adjusting tunnel waistband that moves with you and a gusseted crotch that allows freedom of movement, virtually eliminating seam failure. The inside of the waistband features our gripper material to help keep you shirt tucked in.
